a gentle reminder

Just a little reminder I found on the inside of a hood on my new hoodie. LOVE.

When I discovered this little message the other day, it made me pause for a few seconds and enjoy the moment. I'm in a constant rush lately and don't have too much time to take care about myself. I really needed this little moment, to just take a deep breath and soak in the message.
Yes, I am beautiful.
And so are you. Yes, YOU. You out there reading these lines. We all have our own beauty and I think we need these little reminders time to time.
