in the last few days...

Patrik celebrated this nameday and his Lego collection has got bigger.

 He had this allergology tests done last week and we've found out he is allergic to peanuts only! That's such an awesome news for all of us, we have been avoiding having any kinds of nuts at home for so long. Yesterday he happily tried his first Nutella ever and of course he loved it!

We went skiing yesterday, the snow was so good! But unfortunately a lot of people had the same idea so we had to wait in lines for quite a bit (photos were taken with our phone so please excuse the poor quality).

 I tried my new eyeshadow for the first time today, love them!

I bought the Deep Cleansing Foam by bareMinerals today and I can't wait to try it. I read all the reviews and it seems a lot of women like it. So I'll see. My skin  has been really suffering this winter and it seems as I'm getting older,it's even getting worse. I didn't have any skin problems during puberty but now I do, unfortunately.

I'm so done with the rain already. It has been months of almost daily rain and I can't wait for the weather to finally change for better.

Yesterday as I was reading Katie's blog, I came across her makeup tutorial. I have to admit I have never been too much into makeup. As a student I barely used mascara and as a busy mom it was always just a ponytail, jeans and no makeup.  But since I've started working in October, I try to look more as a woman not like a zombie so I do my eye makeup and put a foundation on my face every day. I can honestly say that I still need to learn a lot about makeup and how to put it on correctly etc. I heard about Bare Minerals from my friend Harmony a few weeks ago and Katie mentioned them in her tutorial as well so today during my lunch break I went to Sephora to try some of their products out. I picked these eyeshadows in Nude beach and Bare skin tones after a consultation with one of their beauty assistants. Katie mentioned the same colors and I really love these too.

I also get their Pro Natural Dome smudge brush.  I love it, it's so easy to apply the eyeshadow with it.

Once I will run out of my foundation, I would like to try some of the Bare Minerals ones. I really loved Katie's video and I'm thankful for her tips. I'm the kind of the girl who is lost with this girly stuff and all and I always feel uncomfortable asking in the stores for help. But today I was brave enough and got my eye makeup done by a professional. I might "grow up" once at last...
